Digital Media Transfers must be uploaded in person at a Photo Center kiosk.
Video to DVD transfers will preserve the quality of your video footage as it appears on the tape. Footage will not be enhanced, but for VHS transfers, the digital file will typically be captured at 720x480 (same as MiniDV) which is higher when compared to the estimated VHS resolution of 333x480.
Film to DVD transfers may slightly enhance the footage with more vibrant colors and reduced scratches, dust, and lint from the film surface.
Photos to DVD transfers will preserve the quality of your photo as it appears on your print.
Slides to DVD transfers may receive slight color correction based on the image.
Digital Media to DVD transfers will create a 720x480 resolution slideshow movie.
Digital Media to Blu-ray transfers will create a 1280x720 or 1920x1080 resolution slideshow movie. Resolution will depend on the resolution of the original media.

Yes, your original media will be returned. For film transfers, your film will be cleaned, combined onto new 400-foot reels, and returned to you along with your original film reels.
